where love and horses make the best combination

Our Owner, Joanna Turner started riding in the discipline of hunter/ jumpers back in 2010. Since then she opened Riverside Equestrian Center in 2019 after her agricultural science teacher in high school took her to eventing shows,clinics, and a horse trial, to learn how to fence judge an event.  She majored in equine business management at Johnson and Wales University. She is a certified riding instructor and was on the IHSA and IDA teams. She had the chance to study abroad in Germany and get a german  medal in show jumping.
